We currently ship throughout the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days since every piece is handmade with care. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
International shipping
At this time, SoulTies only ships within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future as our small business grows. Thank you for your support and understanding!
Returns
Return Cost
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If a return is approved, we'll provide instructions for the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our end.
30 Days to Return
Because every SoulTies piece is handmade and made with care, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it, and we'll do our best to make it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
SoulTies is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if you need additional assistance.
